Job Summary
Maintain Quality Management System processes aligned with enterprise objectives and statutory requirements while ensuring calibration systems and customer-specific specifications are executed accurately. Conduct periodic audits to assess system effectiveness, perform inspection and sorting, and execute First Article Inspection Reports for product validation. Analyze quality data to identify trends, drive root cause and corrective action initiatives, and provide technical guidance to production and design teams during new product development reviews. Monitor performance metrics, participate in Material Review Board initiatives, and develop containment processes to ensure conforming products prior to shipment. Report audit results and trends accurately to leadership as directed.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
- AS / BS degree
- Minimum of 2 years of experience
- Working knowledge of metrology / measurement systems
- Understanding of reading and interpreting product drawings and specifications
- Basic proficiency with MS Office tools
- Basic knowledge of drawing software
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
