Quality Technician

Job Summary
Quality Technician responsible for ensuring quality standards of incoming materials, in-process and finished products. Reads blueprints, interprets 3D features from 2D drawings, utilizes measurement equipment (micrometers, calipers, Tape) and inspection/data collection programs, and documents inspection results with reports. Knowledge of GD&T is a plus; experience with Keyence CMM/scanner is a plus. Maintains safe work environment and promotes continuous improvement; supports PPAP documentation and quality initiatives in a production setting.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to utilize Microsoft Excel, Word, Adobe
- Ability to perform PPAP documentation and create documents
- Self-starter with the ability to handle multiple tasks
- Strong ability to read blueprint drawings with a working knowledge
- Working knowledge of weld symbols and weld acceptance criteria
- Must be detail oriented with a focus on precision and quality in all tasks
