Quality Technician II (стартова) responsibilities include analyzing TOP problems, checking MES data, identifying top three issues and collaborating with the team (group lead, mechanic, test technician, diagnostician) to determine root causes; monitoring key performance indicators and control charts to ensure process adherence; reporting on line status and analyses; performing FAI visual inspections, collecting tester data, and comparing to specifications; analyzing components and their suitability for MRB; supporting SQE on component/material quality by collecting data on nonconforming components and notifying SQE engineers; conducting Gauge R&R testing by line inspectors to ensure inspectors have the required skills for quality verification; implementing ECN changes by verifying equipment parameters, work instructions, and materials have been updated accordingly.
