Quality Technician III

Job Summary
Quality Technician III responsible for testing materials before, during, and after production to ensure conformity to specifications; inspect raw materials and products; evaluate returned material under RGA and disposition final assessment; track non-conformities and report trends to Production Team Lead and QA management; assist in containment and root-cause analysis; communicate with customer service and QA management; open RGA files and update notes; perform regular workstation housekeeping and support continuous improvement initiatives; requires ability to read measuring devices, basic math, and English shop drawings; full-time in Jefferson, PA with in-person work schedule.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED or technical/trade school or equivalent experience
- Prior manufacturing experience in quality inspection
- Experience with measuring devices (calipers, micrometers, scales)
- Ability to read and comprehend shop orders and drawings in English
- Ability to perform basic mathematical functions
- Must be able to work in the US
- Experience with MS Excel and Word preferred
- Experience with manufacturing/CRM systems a plus
- Ability to operate basic hand tools (calipers, tape measures)
