Job Summary
Lead in development and providing direction of Quality Inspectors. Support Non-Conforming Material. Report feedback to Focus Factory and Customer Focused Team with issues during the shift to aid continuous improvement. Understand Plexus quality policy guidelines, customer specifications and regulatory compliance. Monitors own work to ensure quality standards are met and looks for opportunities to improve quality and eliminate waste. Keeps supervisors informed and escalates issues when needed. Travel less than 40%.
Required Qualifications
- Associate’s Degree with 1 or more years of related experience is preferred.
