Quality Technician II

Conduct analyses, inspections, and tests of raw materials, packaging, and finished products to ensure quality standards and compliance with customer and regulatory requirements. Perform qualitative assays on samples, maintain test instruments, and document studies while reviewing production records for procedural conformance. Execute non-conformance tests on manufactured products and prepare quality statistics reports. Troubleshoot electronic or mechanical components using schematics and perform detailed mathematical calculations to optimize work processes. Provide guidance to new employees and communicate technical findings to internal contacts.
