Job Summary
Train operators on processes and engineering changes while performing on-the-job certification and testing. Assist engineering in developing manufacturing methods, collecting data, and writing procedures to control production. Implement corrective and preventive actions by identifying root causes of manufacturing issues and improving yield or cycle time. Own NCEPs and participate in process monitoring releases prior to distribution. Proactively audit the line to identify quality opportunities and develop training sheets. Conduct final process monitor releases for products before distribution.
Required Qualifications
- High School Degree or an equivalent combination of education/work experience
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
- SAP/MES report experience
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
- Must be available for weekend shifts
- Valid driver's license
