Job Summary

Process non-conforming product through identification, documentation, segregation, evaluation, and disposition while supporting yield fallout investigations and corrective actions. Update databases to track department activities for tier and core team meetings, and utilize inventory systems to transact and research materials. Assist engineers by training operators on processes, collecting data for procedural documentation, and monitoring traceability and statistical process control criteria. Lead and participate in continuous improvement projects, proactively audit lines to identify quality opportunities, and own or participate in NCEPs. Perform on-the-job training and testing, assist during audit activities, and help develop or change manufacturing instructions. Work onsite five days per week in a safety-sensitive environment requiring compliance with all documented quality processes.

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma or Equivalent
2 years of quality or manufacturing experience in medical device industry
Must work well in a team environment
Proficient with Microsoft Office tools including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
Good oral and written communication skills
Able to read, understand, and communicate procedural requirements
Must be able to work onsite five days per week
Must be able to work independently under limited supervision as well as in a team environment
Process Owner and NCEP owner certification
Experience with product/component inspection and testing
