Job Summary
Conduct daily quality assurance activities, including accurate inspection, counting, and auditing of inbound and outbound products to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and customer specifications. Monitor QMS implementation effectiveness through observation, review of quality metrics, and customer feedback while leading team assignments and training associates in required QA processes. Utilize Blue Yonder WMS and Microsoft Excel to verify order quantities, labeling, and shipping addresses against specifications. Lead coordination of QA licenses, permits, and registration to maintain compliance with FDA, DEA, and ATF standards.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of 1-3 years' experience
- Ensure accurate checking, inspecting and/or counting of all products for both inbound and outbound departments and ensuring all product is free of damage or defect
- Auditing product and packaging/labeling to maintain highest level of product compliance and accuracy
- Ensure the quantity, quality, labeling, and shipping address of orders correspond to customer specifications or other requirements
- MUST have experience using Blue Yonder WMS (warehouse management system) software
- Microsoft Office software, including Excel
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Forklift operator certificate or satisfactory completion of a forklift-training program within the first 30 days of employment
