Job Summary
Monitor and report Quality Management System implementation through audit activities, observation, and review of quality metrics. Facilitate QA training for new and existing associates and lead the QA team in assigning schedules and directing daily operations. Review documents for accuracy, lead development of QMS documentation, and coordinate compliance with FDA, DEA, and ATF regulatory requirements. Work with Operations and Process Improvement teams to progress quality initiatives and recommend methods for supporting site operations. Perform daily quality assurance activities as required and maintain alignment with governmental regulations and customer requirements.
Required Qualifications

- experience working in a quality, warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, or other regulated environment

- proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and warehouse management systems

- the ability to support regulatory compliance activities
- the ability to contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
- a strong commitment to quality, safety, and customer requirements
- A minimum of six (6) months of Quality Assurance experience in a regulated warehouse, manufacturing, pharmaceutical, medical device, or healthcare environment
- Excel/Word experience
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Forklift operator certificate or satisfactory completion of a forklift-training program within the first 30 days of employment

- Associate degree or equivalent in related field of study
