Quality Technician I - 2nd Shift

Quality Technician I on 2nd Shift responsible for ensuring product quality through daily line audits, approving batches, performing lab checks (including Brix, pH, DS meter, vitamin C, sensory audits), and monitoring compliance with customer and regulatory standards. Roles include performing pre-ops and PC checks, notifying appropriate personnel for nonconformances, coaching production staff on data collection, following SOPs, and maintaining quality documentation. Requires ability to work overtime, stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and operate testing equipment; in-person work at MSI Express facility in Geneva, IL.
