Job Summary
Quality Technician inspects and sets quality assurance testing models for analysis of raw materials, materials in process, and finished products. Responsible for continually improving programs and tools to support quality and culture; participates in manufacturing support and process engineering; sets goals, prioritizes work, allocates resources, and tracks project progress. Requires a bachelor’s degree and 2–4 years of related experience, strong mathematical/statistical skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Works under general supervision with some discretion for creative problem solving and process improvement in a manufacturing environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- 2-4 years of experience in manufacturing/quality/engineering
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical documents; statistical and mathematical proficiency
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to work under general supervision and perform a variety of tasks
