Job Summary
Conduct visual inspections of PCB/PCBA assemblies, checking solder joints and cleanliness, while performing wired assembly checks using standard measurement tools like calipers and GO/NO-GO gauges. Maintain high attention to detail in electromechanical assembly quality control for the MicroPulse line of drilling tools. Recent experience with these tasks is required, and an IPC-A-610 certification is highly encouraged. Operations may require transitioning to a second shift schedule on an as-needed basis.
Required Qualifications
- Standard measurement tools, including calipers, GO/NO-GO gauges, etc.
- PCB/PCBA Visual Inspection, including solder joint inspections, cleanliness, etc.
- Inspection of wired assemblies
- High attention to detail
- Operations may require you to transition to a Second Shift schedule on an as- needed basis
Desired Qualifications
- A recent certification as an IPC Specialist (IPC-A-610)
