Quality Technician

Job Summary
The Quality Technician conducts sampling and testing of raw materials, in-process materials, finished goods, and environmental samples to ensure product quality per client specifications. Responsible for recording results in electronic systems/databases, maintaining records, initiating quarantine when issues arise, following safety procedures, performing occasional special-project tests to investigate quality issues or study potential improvements, and ensuring proper calibration and housekeeping of lab equipment.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Associates Degree preferred
- Certified Quality Technician (CQT) Certification Preferred
- Proficiency in Excel Spreadsheets, Outlook Emailing, and experience with other databases
- Minimum of two years of manufacturing or similar environment experience
- Ability to work in outdoor environments and extreme temperatures
- Safety compliance adherence
- ADA/federal,state/local standards compliance
