Job Summary
Quality Technician on the production floor performing in-process, final, and incoming inspections to ensure products meet drawings and specifications; troubleshoot quality issues in real time; support CAPA and continuous improvement; utilize precision measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, height gauges, profilometers); document inspection data and participate in kaizen and cross-functional collaboration to drive quality and process improvements; role requires associate degree or equivalent experience and 2–5 years of manufacturing quality experience. Salary with hourly range $21-$24 plus quarterly bonus; location: West Chester, OH.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree in Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2–5 years of experience in manufacturing quality, inspection, or production support
- Experience performing inspections and supporting floor-level troubleshooting
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications
- Hands-on experience with measurement and inspection tools
Desired Qualifications
- Associate degree in Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2–5 years of experience in manufacturing quality, inspection, or production support
- Background in metal fabrication or welding environments strongly preferred
- Experience performing inspections and supporting floor-level troubleshooting
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications
- Hands-on experience with measurement and inspection tools
- Knowledge of quality fundamentals (nonconformances, corrective actions, continuous improvement)
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Effective communication and a collaborative mindset
- Positive attitude and desire to learn and grow
