Job Summary
The Quality Technician will conduct inspections of incoming materials, in-process materials, fall-out and finished goods, audit production procedures, investigate deviations, and implement preventative/corrective actions. Responsibilities include releasing materials via ERP, maintaining quality records and reports, providing monthly metrics to management, ensuring ISO 9001 and lean compliance, supporting QA Engineers and new product launches, and collaborating with suppliers and internal teams to drive quality improvements. Must have strong data analysis, problem-solving, and communication skills; preferred background includes electronic product manufacturing and knowledge of 8D, FMEA, and related quality tools. Onsite role based in Redmond, WA, with opportunities for ongoing training and a comprehensive benefits package.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 3+ years of experience in electronic product manufacturing or quality control
- Effective English written and verbal communication skills
- Inter-personal skills
- ISO 9001 and Lean quality system knowledge
- Computer literate (ERP systems, Windows, MS Office, Visio and Internet)
- Ability to work independently and proactively
- Willingness to learn
