Job Summary

Perform tests, document results, and conduct functional testing of products while adhering to specifications and safety regulations. Carry out department audits, assist with running protocols, and review specification and SOP changes. Write SOPs for the area of responsibility and perform accurate sampling techniques including visual and dimensional inspections. Maintain controlled documentation and proficiency in using weight scales and SPC techniques. This role requires an Associate's degree or 0-3 years of experience and the ability to lift up to 25 pounds. Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. and willing to cross-train within the area. Required Qualifications

  • Associate's degree in a related field
  • 0-3 years of related experience
  • Successful completion of the Career Readiness Certificate
  • Capability to lift, push, and pull weights up to 25 pounds
  • Capacity to lift items above shoulder height up to 20 pounds
  • Ability to reach above shoulder to perform work
  • Ability to climb ladders
  • Ability to bend/stoop
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time
  • Capacity to work additional hours when necessary
  • Ability to perform effectively with minimal oversight
  • Willingness to cross-train within the area
  • Adaptability to changing requirements
  • Accountability for actions taken
  • Attention to detail

  • Ability to communicate with different organizational levels
