Quality Technician

Audit, test, and measure finished goods to ensure customer standards and Good Manufacturing Practices compliance. Perform process inspections during molding, packaging, and loading, including incoming raw material checks and dimensional reporting. Apply statistical tools to monitor plant performance, complete laboratory testing at established intervals, and conduct cycle counts for inventory. Continually seek process improvements and communicate quality issues or out-of-specification conditions to management and shift leaders. Reasonable mandatory overtime may be required.
