Quality Technician

Audit, test, and measure finished goods to ensure customer standards are met while following Good Manufacturing Practices. Perform incoming and in-process inspections of raw materials and manufactured products during molding, packaging, and loading. Apply statistical tools to monitor plant performance and complete laboratory testing with dimensional checks. Ensure compliance with corporate safety standards, GMP policies, and control plan requirements. Communicate quality issues and out-of-specification conditions to shift leaders.
