Quality Technician

Quality Technician at Alfa Laval in Ronneby responsible for ensuring and developing quality within the operation. You will proactively drive continuous quality improvements, participate in or lead root cause analyses during quality deviations, and collaborate across functions to quality‐assure processes and products. You will contribute to projects within Product Care (minor customer adaptations), Existing Product Development (EPD) and New Product Development (NPD), as well as investment and improvement projects. If needed, you will build test adapters/prototypes for quality testing and share learnings with other sites and customers. You will generate statistics and analyses that underpin quality improvements. The role requires meticulous, analytical work with strong integrity, customer focus, teamwork, and the ability to coordinate activities and drive improvements. Proficiency in Swedish and English is expected; Lean Six Sigma competence is a plus.
