Quality Technician - 3rd Shift (WI)

Job Summary
Perform regular inspection and verification of manufacturing lines, equipment, and processes throughout the plant based on an agreed schedule. Conduct instrument calibrations for thermometers, gauges, and lab equipment while sampling and testing raw materials, in-progress items, and finished goods to identify non-conforming material. Lead the environmental swabbing program to ensure pathogen control and assist in monthly internal GMP audits, including documentation and corrective actions. Investigate deviations and customer complaints to perform root cause analysis, while collecting, analyzing, and reporting data in appropriate formats. Collaborate with Manufacturing, Maintenance, Sanitation, and Logistics teams to provide feedback on quality-related issues and assist in designing new processes.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- 1+ years of experience in quality assurance
- Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google programs
- Understanding of food safety and quality systems and manufacturing processes and technologies
- Bachelor's degree in food, biological or chemical science field
