Job Summary
Perform on-line quality audits, raw materials testing, and product testing to report results relative to established specifications. Conduct daily maintenance and calibration of testing equipment, including aged testing and project testing for technical departments. Assist in process capability testing, manage non-conformance procedures, and maintain quality record documentation such as internal audit records and corrective action reports. Create and manage color standards while aiding in the documentation of R&D projects and providing training on new quality processes. Perform product inspection audits at set intervals to ensure produced items meet specified standards and comply with ISO, BRC, or HACCP principles.
Required Qualifications
- Two to four years' experience or related education
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office
- Must be able to regularly lift or move up to 50 pounds
- Specific vision requirements are close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus
- Understands ISO or BRC and HAACP or similar principles
