Job Summary
Audit areas for ISO compliance by conducting Process and Product Audits and assist with Management Audits to write reports. Document Non-Conformances, investigate product failures against quality specifications, and collaborate with production to identify root causes and implement corrective actions. Review engineering BOMs, drawings, and validation documents for new product launches or ECRs while maintaining technical reports and information management systems. Follow all safety procedures and bring ideas for continuous improvement projects to leadership. This role supports ongoing business needs and requires proficiency with MS Excel, familiarity with Minitab and FAI reports, and basic knowledge of 8Ds and Pareto analysis. Applicants must have 2+ years of experience in a quality or manufacturing environment and be legally authorized for employment in the United States.
Required Qualifications
- 2 + Years of Experience in Quality/ Manufacturing environment
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Working knowledge of MS Office – Outlook, Excel, and Word
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to understand mechanical and electrical test equipment
- Familiar with use and understanding of basic measurement tools such as Calipers, Micrometer, and Height Gauge
- Ability to be independent and self-disciplined
- Ability to analyze and interpret data and prepare statistical information
- Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge on FAI Reports, and Livesource
- Basic Knowledge on 4 Ms & 5 Whys
- Basic Knowledge on 8Ds forms and analysis
- Basic Knowledge on Pareto, Charts, Trendlines
- Knowledge on Minitab, Particulate Test, Oil Residue Test, Microscopes
- Ability to apply good judgment, strong work ethic, and integrity on the job
- Must be able to perform essential responsibilities with or without reasonable accommodations
