Quality Tech I

As Chart's Quality Tech you will inspect the quality and performance of Company products from receiving through fabrication to final test and customer acceptance, ensuring compliance with customer specifications and industry standards. Responsibilities include reading and understanding documents and drawings, coordinating outside customer inspections, ensuring hold points are met, preparing Nonconformity Reports, communicating engineering-related issues to Engineering and solutions to production, monitoring welding and liquid penetrant testing, reviewing mill test reports and related documentation to maintain product quality, and conducting internal and external audits for ASME, ISO and supplier programs while maintaining the product traceability program. The role requires medium physical work, attention to detail, and the ability to interact professionally with customers and coworkers; proficiency with Microsoft Office and a background in weld inspection (ASME) is a plus. This is a full-time, entry-level position based in Tulsa, OK.
