Job Summary
Conduct floor audits, manage gage certifications, and oversee sort operations including tagging, material movement, and alert purging. Operate CMM equipment for programming and daily calibration, maintain the Gage Trak System, and perform gage R&R and capability studies. Execute daily scrap disposition, generate purge and MRB reports, and post data to floor information boards. Assist in various studies and manage dimensional inspection reports.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- At least three years' experience as a CMM Operator
- Five years' experience in an automotive manufacturing environment
- Prior experience with SPC, LPAs, gauges, and micrometers
