Job Summary
Support transfer projects and validation studies while reviewing laboratory data and tracking team metrics to ensure KQI/KPI requirements are met. Manage resource and capacity planning for people and equipment, ensuring availability of consumables and adherence to cGxP standards for training and compliance. Lead a team of up to 25 in coordinating departmental operational activities, including GxP audits, inspections, and incident reporting follow-ups. Maintain qualification status of analytical equipment and collaborate with internal and external partners for the Quality Control organization.
Required Qualifications
- Scientific degree
- +5 years of experience in a similar role within a GMP manufacturing environment
- Proven leadership skills, leading teams of up to 25 people
- Analytical mindset
- Fluent in English and German
