Job Summary
Quality Team Lead responsible for ensuring productivity and quality in an Injection Molding environment. Maintains safe work conditions, performs visual and dimensional quality checks per control plan, manages data entry into IQ, coordinates line clears and start-up shots, restarts machines/robots, supports OJT and certification of team members, maintains production/defect tracking, labeling, and documentation, and upholds housekeeping and safety policies.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum one year experience in Injection Molding preferred
- General knowledge of Injection Molding and manufacturing operations
- Good communication and Interpersonal Skills
- Basic Computer experience
