Job Summary
Lead a team of eight QC Inspectors in daily activities across Server Assembly, Repair, Rack Build, FQC, Patchframes, Packout, IQC, NCR, and MCO inspections. Facilitate daily morning meetings to cover outstanding issues and act as a Subject Matter Expert in all business areas. Assist with visual and video record inspections, interpret MPIs, QC Checklists, and Cable Matrixes, and complete daily audits of manufacturing processes. Document and escalate findings per the Quality Plan while learning MYCIS and SharePoint systems to record pass/fail results. Train newly hired and cross-train current QC staff. Work a swing shift in a high-growth manufacturing environment supporting global cloud and enterprise customers.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to effectively work within a team environment
- Must become knowledgeable and a SME Subject Matter Expert in all areas of the business
- Must learn all the systems and databases that are used to complete transactions of finished goods and record data of all pass/fail results
- Must be able to interpret and comprehend the MPI's, QC Checklists, and Cable Matrixes in order to perform final inspections
