Job Summary

Ensure ongoing compliance with the Quality Management System by developing, updating, and sustaining policies, procedures, and protocols aligned with industry and third-party accreditation standards. Collaborate with management to improve Food Safety, Traceability, Pest Prevention, and Sanitation Programs while serving as the liaison between document authors, approvers, and reviewers. Participate in FDA, corporate, and internal audits, performing quality control review and editing of documents before uploading to the document management system. Implement documentation and change control using electronic software, review proposed changes to controlled documentation, and conduct training for new hires on governance processes and revised policies. Coordinate customer requests, document review processes, and milestones through completion, tracking training status and assisting with third-party document reviews. Work in both office and manufacturing environments, including extended hours as needed, to support cross-functional teams and maintain superior organizational skills.

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma/GED
  • Relevant experience
  • At least 21+ years of age
  • At least two years of administrative experience
  • Familiarity with Quality Management Systems
  • Familiarity with Food Safety regulations
  • Familiarity with Quality System Requirements
  • Familiarity with CAPA processes
  • Experience in an FDA-regulated and/or manufacturing environment
  • Understanding of documentation systems
  • Understanding of document management
  • Understanding of controlled documentation processes
  • Strong ability to prioritize multiple projects
