Job Summary
Owns and continuously improves the QMS/EMS in line with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001, serves as the central owner of the customer complaint handling process with root-cause analysis and CAPA, and drives continual improvement by monitoring quality KPIs and coordinating with process owners to align performance with business and customer expectations. Leads internal and external audits, develops and implements quality and environmental policies, trains staff, and ensures cross-functional collaboration to maintain compliance and drive performance.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality, or related fields
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a quality role
- Certified ISO 19011:2018 Lead Auditor
- Certified Internal Auditor for ISO 9001 and 14001
- Proven experience managing customer complaints, CAPA processes, and audits
- ASQ CQE and CQA certifications are preferred
