Job Summary
Quality Systems Specialist responsible for developing data analyses to report metrics and executing the QMS to ensure effective quality processes in MRB and NCR closure; collects, analyzes, and interprets quality-related data, develops dashboards and KPIs, supports management reviews and customer reporting, and maintains data integrity and traceability in compliance with AS9100. Works with Manufacturing, Distribution, Engineering, and Quality to coordinate MRB activities, monitor NCRs, drive corrective/preventive actions, and support continuous improvement initiatives. Requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, 3+ years’ data-analytic experience, and proficiency with PowerBI/Excel/MiniTab, ERP/MES/PLM systems, and QMS documentation.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 3+ years’ experience in a Data Analyst role or equivalent education
- Ability to develop reports using PowerBI, Excel, MiniTab, etc
- Experience working within a Quality Management System environment
- Experience with ERP, MES and PLM systems
