Job Summary
Lead quality governance across multiple manufacturing partners and manage a client-facing Panel Quality Management System (PQMS) for large-scale data center construction and control panel manufacturing programs. Drive quality program leadership, establish inspection standards and scorecards, oversee vendor onboarding and audits, provide KPI reporting and executive summaries, and lead RCA and corrective action initiatives. Develop and standardize QA/QC procedures, ensure compliance with UL508A and NEC, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align design intent, manufacturing execution, and field performance while promoting quality improvements and manufacturing efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in control panel manufacturing, QA/QC, or electrical/automation systems
- Strong knowledge of UL508A, NEC, and industrial control panel standards
- Experience developing or managing quality systems or inspection programs
- Demonstrated experience with Root Cause Analysis and corrective action processes
- Ability to operate at both program (strategic) and field (tactical) levels
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, Industrial Technology, Manufacturing, or related field
- Lean, Six Sigma, or similar process improvement experience
- Experience supporting data center or mission-critical infrastructure projects
- Experience managing or working within multi-vendor manufacturing environments
- Familiarity with OT/network-enabled panels or industrial networking
- Familiarity with UL508A and NEC
- Quality systems or inspection program experience
- Root Cause Analysis and corrective action experience
- Project/program leadership
- Client-facing quality program management
