Job Summary
Quality Systems Manager responsible for ensuring the QMS conforms to ISO 9001, internal and regulatory requirements; lead internal audits and third-party audits, drive modernization of QMS digital solutions, develop KPIs and dashboards, provide QMS training, manage document/change control, non-conforming material handling, CAPA, supplier qualification, and ensure alignment with customer requirements and continuous improvement initiatives to improve first pass yields, on-time delivery, and overall product quality.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of quality auditing experience
- Experience supporting heavy industrial, automotive, aerospace, metal machining, or welding and fabrication environments
- Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS) and standards
- Experience working with ISO 9000, TS 16949, or AS 9100 quality standards
- Proficient in personal computer capabilities in MS Office software, Minitab or other quality data analysis tools
- Demonstrated ability to organize, facilitate and lead product quality, process and system improvement teams
