Job Summary
Quality Systems Manager FSQ—owns end-to-end FSQ business processes enabled by SAP S/4HANA, PLM, MES and electronic FSQ systems; leads and develops a team for FSQ process enablement and execution; partners with IT and BRMs to translate business needs into scalable, compliant technology solutions; ensures FSQ processes meet USDA, FDA, SQF, and BRC requirements; drives continuous improvement, data quality, and risk reduction across manufacturing sites; focuses on process standards, KPIs, adoption metrics, and value realization, with a strong emphasis on documentation, training, and change enablement across multi-plant environments.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Food Science, Quality, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 7+ years of experience in Food Safety, Quality, or Manufacturing Operations
- Demonstrated experience owning or leading business processes in regulated food manufacturing environments
- Strong working knowledge of FSQ-related systems (e.g., SAP S/4HANA Quality Management, SafetyChain, RedZone, Pillir)
- Proven experience with FSQ compliance programs, audits, batch traceability, non-conformance management
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder-engagement skills
- Experience partnering with IT teams on large-scale system initiatives
