Job Summary
Quality Systems Manager accountable for overseeing the plasma donor center's quality management system and regulatory compliance, directing SOPs for quality control, audits, CAPA, and continuous quality improvement; collaborates with the Center Manager to ensure product quality, donor safety, and regulatory adherence; leads personnel management for the Quality Systems Associate, training and competency assessments, and documentation; conducts root cause analysis for deviations and customer complaints, manages audits and regulatory preparations, and coordinates documentation and reporting of quality metrics and training; requires Bachelor’s degree, 2-5 years in a medical/cGMP setting, and ability to travel; relocation assistance available; compensation range $62,400–$93,500 with up to 20% bonus potential; location: Colorado Springs, CO (USA) with on-site work; compensation details and benefits including tuition reimbursement provided.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science degree or equivalent
- 2-5 years of related experience in a medical and/or cGMP regulated environment
- Experience with plasma or whole blood
- Certified and proficient in quality and compliance
