Quality Systems Lead

Job Summary
Quality Systems Lead responsible for strengthening compliance culture and leading quality-system activities at the Bulle site (Switzerland). Drives quality strategy implementation, participates in GMP audits, leads Quality & HSE Management Reviews, maintains QMS lifecycle, and supports internal and supplier audits. Collaborates with local and global stakeholders to drive continuous improvement, organize Quality Committees, develop and improve quality documentation and procedures, and report KPI data. Requires Master’s or equivalent, 5+ years GMP experience, strong GMP knowledge, ability to write technical docs, multitasking, excellent communication, project coordination, precision, and fluency in French (English asset). Hybr id work arrangement with 40% in office as part of UCB’s hybrid-first approach.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s or equivalent in a scientific or technical discipline
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a GMP‐regulated environment, ideally within Quality Assurance or operations
- Strong knowledge of GMPs and the pharmaceutical industry
- Experience writing scientific/technical documentation
- Autonomous and strong at multitasking
- Excellent communication (written & verbal)
- Strong project coordination and ability to meet critical deadlines
- High discretion and attention to detail
- Deep understanding of GxP environment
- Very strong meeting preparation and presentation skills
- Strong negotiation and influencing capabilities
- Proactive mindset, with a focus on continuous quality improvement
- Fluency in French is required; English at an intermediate level or above is an asset
