Job Summary
Quality Systems Investigator responsible for leading complaint investigations, deviation investigations, and CAPA tracking to completion. Serves as a quality consultant to Operations, guiding root-cause analysis, escalation, and cross-functional collaboration with Manufacturing, Packaging, Maintenance, Product and Process Development, and Warehousing. Develops and reviews SOPs related to complaint and deviation systems, ensures compliance with Health Canada regulations and GXP requirements, and participates in audits. Applies problem-solving and statistical tools to identify trends, drive continuous improvement, and manage multiple tasks in a GMP-regulated environment. Strong communication and leadership skills to work with cross-functional teams and influence quality outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s in Pharmaceutical, Food Science, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry or other Science related field preferred
- Accredited GMP certification such as ASQ CQE, CQA, or CQM preferred
