Job Summary
Ensure all activities, procedures, and processes comply with internal standards and external regulatory requirements such as ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and customer-specific mandates. Support continuous improvement initiatives using Six Sigma, Lean, or Kaizen methodologies while collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and corrective actions. Document all improvement initiatives, validate their effectiveness on manufacturing lines or departments, and manage records and data gathering to support risk management and legal reporting. Requires at least three years of manufacturing improvement experience in electronics or semiconductors. Bachelor's degree in business courses with two years of college completion is required.
Required Qualifications
- Completed 2 years in College
- Bachelor's Degree (Business Courses)
- At least 3 years of experience in manufacturing improvement in Electronics/Semicon company
- Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 4500, IATF 16949, ISO 22301 and customer-specific requirements
- Experience with Six Sigma, Lean, or Kaizen methodologies
- Ability to support cross-functional teams to implement process improvements or corrective actions
- Documentation Management skills
- Validation of effectiveness of improvement in manufacturing process
- Compliance, Risk Management or Legal Requirements knowledge
