Job Summary
Oversee the implementation and continuous improvement of the ITM Business Management System (BMS) across all departments, including key business processes, manufacturing quality systems, and QHSE procedures. Facilitate business process-mapping and manage document control requirements by maintaining change and version control of BMS documentation through formal review and update on Q-Pulse and BMS platforms. Lead multiple internal audits for QHSE processes, key business processes, and internal project audits during tender, design, and manufacturing stages, while organizing training for internal audit teams on ISO9001/14001/45001 standards. Prepare QHSE data for KPI monitoring, support investigations using Six Sigma and 8D methodologies, and develop relationships with subject matter experts across Manufacturing, R&D, and Sales.
Required Qualifications
- HNC or degree qualified in an Engineering or Science based subject
- Proven experience of quality assurance (minimum 3 years)
- QHSE management systems in a manufacturing and/ or technical environment
- Strong knowledge and practical understanding of ISO9001/ 14001/ 45001 international management systems standards
- Lead Auditor or Auditor qualification
- practical audit experience
- Factory-build knowledge and experience of products
- experience of how the work should be undertaken
- development of practical and user-friendly management system documentation
- Good knowledge of structured problem-solving techniques (e.g. Six Sigma/ Lean Toolbox)

- Positive attitude with a 'can do' mindset when faced with a challenge
