Job Summary
Deploy, optimize, and continuously improve FormFactor's electronic Quality Management System (eQMS) platform by configuring workflows, managing dashboards, and leading user acceptance testing. Develop analytics, reporting, and automation solutions using Power BI to monitor quality metrics, drive process improvements, and enable data-driven decision-making. Partner cross-functionally with Quality, Engineering, Operations, and IT teams to digitize manual processes, implement AI-enabled tools, and ensure compliance with industry standards. Day shift hours required for this role supporting the semiconductor industry's test and measurement technologies.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of related experience
- Bachelor's degree
- 3 years and a Master's degree
- PhD without experience
- equivalent work
