Job Summary
Lead the development, integration, and continuous improvement of digital quality systems, reporting tools, and data-driven processes to support safety, quality, manufacturing, and business performance. Build executive-level roll-up dashboards and site-level drill-down reporting to standardize KPIs and metrics across global operations. Translate quality needs into practical digital solutions using Power BI, Tableau, SharePoint, Microsoft Lists, Excel, Power Automate, and other BI/workflow platforms. Automate recurring reports, quality trackers, data collection forms, and workflow notifications; analyze trends, defects, and supplier quality data to identify risks and opportunities. Partner with Quality, Manufacturing, Engineering, Global Procurement & Supply Chain, and Employee Teams to improve system usability, governance, and data-driven decision making, including data models, KPI definitions, and governance practices to improve data accuracy and trust. Support continuous improvement of quality control testing, detection methods, and CAPA processes, and contribute to ISO/IATF compliance and supplier quality programs.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma and five (5) years of experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Quality Assurance or related field (preferred)
- Advanced experience with Power BI, including data modeling, DAX, Power Query, dashboard design, and report publishing
- Experience with Tableau dashboard development and data visualization best practices
- Experience building SharePoint-based business systems, automated workflows, forms, or approval processes
