Job Summary
Quality Systems Analyst who leverages data to support informed decision-making across quality and manufacturing operations. Responsible for gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities, transforming datasets into clear insights via dashboards, KPIs, and data-driven storytelling to optimize processes, improve product quality, and enhance operational efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Science, MIS, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Applied Mathematics, Statistics, or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant professional experience (preferably in manufacturing)
- Advanced experience with SQL Server databases
- Proficiency with Power BI and development of dashboards and analytical reports
- Strong data analysis and manipulation skills using SQL, Excel, and Python
- Ability to collect, integrate, validate, and analyze data from multiple systems and data sources
- Demonstrated commitment to data accuracy and integrity through QA practices, gap analysis, and anomaly resolution
