Job Summary
Conduct internal audits, document findings, and track corrective actions through verification and closure for the Integrated Management System. Develop, review, and maintain Quality Procedures, Work Instructions, and Standard Operating Procedures while processing document change requests. Monitor departmental Key Performance Indicators and support corrective and preventive action activities to drive continual improvement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve compliance issues, provide training on IMS requirements, and assist in planning external audits conducted by certification bodies and regulatory agencies. Serve as a resource for IMS-related inquiries and identify potential compliance risks. Requires a Bachelor's degree, 2+ years of experience with ISO standards (9001, 14001, 27001), and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Salary range $71,000 - $80,000. Domestic and international travel required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Environmental Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience supporting Quality, Environmental, Information Security, or other Management Systems in a manufacturing and/or high-tech environment
- Experience supporting Quality Management System (QMS), Environmental Management System (EMS), or Information Security Management System (ISMS) activities, including audits, document control, corrective actions, or process improvement
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of international management system standards, such as ISO 9001, ISO 13485, ISO 14001, ISO 27001, AS9100, or IATF 16949
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally, as required
Desired Qualifications
- Internal Auditor certification
- Lead Auditor certification
- Knowledge of quality tools and methodologies, including CAPA, Root Cause Analysis, FMEA, risk assessment, and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, customers, suppliers, and external auditors
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and document management systems
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work effectively, and meet project deadlines in a fast-paced environment
