Quality System Analyst

Lead projects to enhance AAON/BASX's quality standards through process development, training, and problem-solving. Maintain product quality through audits, identify issues, and contribute to continuous improvement efforts. Collaborates with production, engineering, and quality teams to collect data, troubleshoots issues, and streamlines processes. Develops manufacturing support documentation such as work instructions, procedures, and training materials. Assists in product inspections and audits to ensure process compliance. Investigates quality failures, conducts trend and root cause analysis, and supports process improvement projects. Educates employees on standards and documentation and fosters skill development across teams. Tailors programs and documentation to diverse learning styles for optimal employee success. Travels to other locations and job sites as required. Preferred Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or higher, and proficiency with Word, Excel, Publisher, Visio, and Power BI; knowledge of ISO, ASQ, SPC, and continuous improvement methodologies; ability to stand/walk and lift up to 50lbs; experience in large-scale manufacturing and quality data analysis.
