Quality Support Technician

Conduct thorough detailing and cleaning of all vehicles prior to final delivery, then visually inspect every repaired area for flaws. Notify the General Manager or assigned technician immediately if defects or issues are found during inspection. Assist in general shop maintenance by cleaning and organizing equipment, performing daily cleaning activities like mopping and dusting, and making minor repairs such as changing light bulbs. Ensure test equipment is calibrated and adhere to all safety requirements, hazardous waste disposal protocols, and monthly safety meetings. Identify possible areas for improvement in quality control processes while maintaining proper function of all service tools and keeping the work area organized.
