Quality Support Technician

Job Summary
Thorough detailing and cleaning of vehicles prior to final delivery to the customer; visually inspect repaired areas for defects and notify management of any issues; assist in general maintenance of shop location and outside grounds; inspect goods to ensure quality/safety standards; ensure test equipment is calibrated and functioning; adhere to safety requirements and waste disposal procedures; maintain tools and workspace; identify quality-improvement opportunities; perform cleaning tasks (mop, dust, sweep, trash collection) and restock/restroom supplies; perform minor repairs (e.g., changing a light bulb).
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid Driver’s License and good driving record is necessary
- Prior experience in automotive industry is strongly preferred but not required
- Excellent verbal communication and mechanical skills
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to be flexible with task assignments and respond to the needs of the shop operations team
- Ability to work independently but also as part of a larger team to meet the objective of servicing the customer and vehicle
