Job Summary
Quality Support Specialist responsible for promoting quality awareness and providing training to Walmart Associates and Management, conducting store visits for training, certification, and ongoing support; analyze year-over-year sales trends and collaborate cross-functionally to improve program efficiencies; manage relationships with Market Managers and provide updates and reports to drive business goals; troubleshoot and diagnose photo equipment hardware and software issues, repair escalated service issues, and foster inter-team collaboration; meet administrative deadlines and follow safety procedures; primarily work in customer locations across a large geographic territory with a home-office component for reviewing reports and planning visits; must be able to work evenings and weekends and handle extensive lifting and driving as needed.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- 3–5 years of equivalent work experience in field service
- Proficient with Google Business Services (Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets) and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- Strong leadership and teamwork abilities
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Experience managing client needs and working in high-pressure environments
- Self-motivated with the ability to follow directions and work independently
- Knowledge transfer skills and experience mentoring or training less experienced technicians
