Job Summary
Conduct audit activities by obtaining, analyzing data, reviewing records, and supporting completed work papers to monitor pharmacy processes for compliance and accuracy. Perform ongoing assessments of pharmacy-related areas and assist with developing training materials while standardizing training processes with internal teams. Coordinate Quality Improvement projects and implement department objectives to ensure JCAHO accreditation compliance. Maintain adherence to all federal, state, and local employment laws. Requires H.S. diploma, Long Term Care Pharmacy experience, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Frameworks. Hybrid schedule includes three days onsite from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM.
Required Qualifications
- H.S. diploma or equivalent
- Long Term Care Pharmacy experience
- Ability to read, write, speak, and comprehend English
- Uses good judgment and independent decision-making
- Must be detail oriented
- Microsoft Excel
- Frameworks
- Ability to be mobile in performing job duties
- Shift: Hybrid (3 days onsite)
- 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of the Pharmacy floor area, a plus
