Job Summary
Lead quality across the supply chain from product conception through delivery, designing and maintaining cGMP-based quality and engineering systems, implementing KPIs, managing quality procedures and programs (including SSOPs) and driving continuous improvement via Lean Six Sigma. Collaborate with product development to factor quality into design and lifecycle, ensure Quality by Design principles, prepare for customer audits, and manage quality monitoring and KPI reporting.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Food Engineering, Chemistry, or a related field
- 10+ years of experience in a cGMP environment
- Experience with aseptic product manufacturing and thermal processing
- Proven experience designing and implementing sustainable quality programs
- Enthusiasm for project work and a desire to make a significant impact through best-in-class quality systems
- Ability to identify and eliminate process waste, leading others towards continuous improvement
- Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma tools preferred
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) to connect with all levels of the organization
