Quality Supervisor - Traverse City Area

Oversee and manage the Quality Control team, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluations. Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols to ensure product consistency and compliance with industry standards. Conduct root cause analysis for non-conforming products and implement corrective and preventive actions. Monitor and analyze quality data to identify trends, report on key metrics, and lead internal and external audits. Collaborate with production, engineering, and supply chain departments to resolve quality issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Ensure all products meet customer specifications and regulatory requirements before shipment. This role requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Quality Management, 3-5 years of manufacturing QA experience, and proficiency in ISO systems, SPC, and problem-solving methodologies like 8D and FMEA.
